Steve Hill is the Group Operations Director. He is responsible for ensuring all aspects of manufacturing for the group are carried out to the highest possible quality. Steve maintains that health and safety at the centre of all operations.
Steve has more than 30 years’ experience in the fenestration industry. He has covered Manufacturing, Surveying and Installations. He initially worked up from roles on the shop floor, through to Technical Director.
Over the years, Steve has built up a wealth of fenestration technical knowledge. This enabled him to work with supply partners and support the customer base. He has supported on everything from New Product Development, Industry Regulation changes and General Consumer advice.
